On March 1, C&D Group officially took over Xiamen Aqua Resort. The hotel was to be operated by C&D Tourism and Hotels Incorporation. 

Located in Xiamen Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park, the hotel comprises several garden-style buildings which contain 109 luxury suites and rooms with views of the Wetland Park and the Swan Lake. Other major facilities of the hotel include Luming Building, which is a wetland restaurant offering ecological Fujian and Cantonese cuisines, as well as international standard indoor tennis courts and a 50m by 25m constant-temperature swimming pool. The hotel was the recipient of the China Hotel Starlight Awards for China’s Top 10 Tourist Resort Hotels. Going forward, C&D will build the hotel into a distinctive “sanctuary of peace from the hustle and bustle of the city and an ecological gem nestled between the sea and the lake”.
