On May 23rd, Ding Xuexiang, a member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the China-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Forum on Industrial and Investment Cooperation in Xiamen.
