On March 3, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the latest list of “Double-Hundred Action” enterprises for SOE reforms. Xiamen C&D Group appeared on the list. 

According to media reports, the “Double-Hundred Action” program is a special initiative for SOE reforms organized by the Leadership Group of SOE Reforms under the State Council.
